Humans, Systems, and Regeneration

We are a social innovation lab working with youth and communities to drive inside-out change — starting small, growing together.

Our Story

We began as learners.
Born from the lingkaran Learning Ecosystem that helping people learn,
grow, and build meaningful work.

But as the world changed, we realized that learning along was no longer
enough. We saw deeper gaps in participation, opportunity, and
ressilience across people. communities, and systems.

From those who quietly created change, we learned this truth:
real transformation starts not with big ideas, but with trust and courage
to grow together.

In 2025, we gave this calling a home.
And as we begin this next chapter, we carry one belief:
the most lasting change is the kind we grow from within.

About us

Vision and Mission

To cultivate regenerative social change by nurturing agency, co-creating solutions with communities, and restoring systems from the ground up.

Empower
Individuals

Support personal growth through transformative learning, reflective leadership, and access to tools that unlock agency, imagination, and lifelong capacity.

Strengthen
Communities

Build local resilience through trust-based collaboration, shared problem-solving, and co-ownership, especially in underserved or transitional areas.

Prototype Regenerative
Interventions

Co-create and test community-rooted social prototypes, evolving them into interventions that regenerate systems and adapt across contexts.

Catalyze Collective
Impact

Foster cross-sector collaboration and community-led movements that multiply impact, shift narratives, and scale change without dependency.

Our Values

What Ground Us

Contextual

We grow solutions that are rooted in local realities. Every step we take is shaped by culture, power, lived experience, and the wisdom already present in communities.

Co-Create

Every intervention is born through dialogue, trust, and shared ownership, where community members are not recipients, but architects of their own change.

Iterative

We start small, move humbly, and adjust through feedback. Every idea is a living prototype, tested in context, refined through reflection, and grounded in what truly works for the people.

Regenerative

Our work restores trust, renews relationships, and returns power to the people, so change can outlast us and multiply without us.

Our Strategic Issues

What We’re Working To Change

Youth Capacity Building

“Empowering young people as drivers of social transformation.”

Why it Matters:

Indonesia’s youth holds enormous potential, yet many remain excluded from opportunity. High NEET rates, unequal access to education, and limited leadership pathways hinder young people from becoming active changemakers in their communities.

Strategic Directions:

  • Develop youth leadership and adaptive skills through learning labs.
  • Build intergenerational mentorship ecosystems.
  • Enable youth co-creation in decision-making processes.
  • Empower young women, people with disabilities, and indigenous youth.

Inclusive Local Economies

“Strengthening community-based, inclusive, and equitable local economies.”

Why it Matters:

Local communities still face structural inequality and lack access to markets, finance, and growth opportunities. Empowering local entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and small businesses is key to creating fair and resilient economic growth.

Strategic Directions:

  • Support SMEs, community enterprises and social entrepreneurs.
  • Build inclusive financial literacy and access models.
  • Strengthen local value chains that connect rural & urban markets.
  • Incubate women-led and youth-led businesses for sustainable income.

Green & Blue Transition for Climate Resilience

”Catalyzing an inclusive, fair, and community-led green and blue transition.”

Why it Matters:

Indonesia is highly vulnerable to climate impacts and resource degradation. While green and blue economy agendas are growing, they often exclude local and youth participation. Climate justice requires community-led adaptation and equitable access to the green transition.

Strategic Directions:

  • Build local capacity for green & blue entrepreneurship.
  • Promote youth-led eco-innovation and climate action.
  • Develop community climate labs in coastal and rural areas.
  • Connect local wisdom with global sustainability knowledge.

Social Innovation & Digital Inclusion

“Integrating technology, empathy, and creativity for community-rooted social innovation.”

Why it Matters:

Digital transformation has expanded opportunities but also deepened inequalities in access, participation, and representation. Many communities remain left behind in shaping how technology serves human and social needs.

Strategic Directions:

  • Launch social innovation labs across Indonesia.
  • Advance inclusive digital literacy and creative tech adoption.
  • Foster civic-tech collaboration for public participation.
  • Build a national network of youth & social innovators.

Collaborative Governance & Impact Partnerships

“Catalyzing cross-sector collaboration and safeguarding accountability in social change.”

Why it Matters:

Social initiatives often operate in silos, limiting collective learning and impact. There is a growing need for inclusive governance models that foster trust, transparency, and coordination among diverse actors.

Strategic Directions:

  • Facilitate cross-sector collaboration platforms.
  • Co-design governance models for inclusive decision-making.
  • Strengthen capacity for impact measurement & reporting.
  • Bridge community-based insights to public policy influence.

Our Approach

Rooted in People,
Grown Through Systems

Our approach blends regenerative design, human-centered iteration, and systemic thinking to ensure every solution is context-aware, community-led, and built to last.

1. Agent of Change

We start by nurturing aware, reflective individuals ready to take action from within their lived realities.

2. Social Prototype

Together, we co-create small, low-risk ideas within families, peer groups, and local communities where trust matters most.

3. Social Intervention

Effective prototypes evolve into structured initiatives across schools, religious spaces, and collective forums.

4. Social Behavior Change

As institutions adapt, new behaviors become easier, encouraged, and sustained in daily life.

5. Systemic Change

When beliefs, norms, and power dynamics shift, regenerative ideas take root in society’s fabric.

6. Regenerative Nature

Change that takes root, owned by communities, passed down through generations, and continually adapted.
